Wild Library

Supporting literacy through wild adventures.

Wild Library is a project born out of a love of books, how they can inspire curious minds, feed the imagination and bring people together.

Outdoor sessions combine beautiful books: stories, reference books, guides or history as a springboard for exploring the kingdoms of nature, natural materials, traditional crafts & tools, fires, storytelling and planting with children.

We are also developing outdoor sessions on more radical topics using child friendly books: Environmental Education (conservation, climate solutions, sustainable planting, recycling & upcycling) Diversity of Nature & People (racism, sexism, prejudice) Children’s Rights (UNHRC)
